01 — Design
Apartments di Kurason pa bo consists of three residential buildings that together form a whole and embrace the generous garden with pool.
Spreading 24 apartments over three buildings gives the project a small-scale, welcoming feel. The buildings have two storeys and a pitched roof, which leaves room to place the installations out of sight on the flat section.
Two walkways connect the buildings, yet every apartment has its own access to its veranda. The garden is planted with native vegetation in keeping with Bonairean nature.
In this way the project combines comfort and sustainability with respect for the local culture.
02 — Parking & energy
Safely parked,
under solar panels
The apartment building comes with private parking spaces on the gated site, so your vehicle can be parked safely and easily.
Your car stands under a canopy fitted with multiple solar panels, contributing to a sustainable energy supply. For scooters and (electric) bicycles there is separate covered storage, sheltered from the elements.
03 — Water & maintenance
Carefree
enjoyment
Maintenance of the garden and pool is arranged through an Owners' Association (VvE). The plants are watered daily and automatically via a shared treatment installation.
This installation purifies the wastewater and rainwater from the site, after which it is reused for purposes such as watering the plants or washing the car. Although the water is even clean enough to drink, drinking water is supplied by the local water company.
