Type I
Type II
Type I offers two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bathroom can also be reached from the living room for guests.
Type II places both bedrooms at the rear, so the living and dining room opens across the full width onto the veranda. This layout leaves room for a generous kitchen with island.
Both layouts offer 68 m² of living space and a private veranda of approximately 22 m².
